Yes, all our stoneware ceramics are dishwasher and microwave safe.
Why do two bowls of the same design look slightly different?
That's the beauty of hand glazing! Each piece reacts differently to the glaze and firing process, creating subtle variations in color. This adds a unique character to every piece.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically delivered within 3-5 business days in The Netherlands. For international shipping we guarantee delivery in 10-15 business days.
What if my item arrives broken or damaged?
We carefully pack each piece, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with a photo of the item in packaged form.

Standard Shipping: Delivered within 3-7 business days. Rates vary based on your location and order size. Shipping is free on orders over $50.
Expedited Shipping: Need your coffee sooner? Choose expedited shipping at checkout for delivery within 2-3 business days.
Next-Day Shipping: For those coffee emergencies, we offer next-day delivery to select locations. Orders must be placed by 12 PM (noon) local time for next-day delivery.
Tracking Your Order
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after payment is received. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
